We approach each wedding/event as a combined effort with our client. We start by getting to know you so we can fully understand your style, passions, likes and dislikes. We then reflect your lifestyles and personalities into your wedding/event.

3. Executing/Coordinating

After discussing moodboards, creating the event, and selecting detailed options, the actual budget will be determined. This is the point at which all vendors have completed their tasks with the help and coordination of our professional team. From the initial meetings and contract phases with your vendors to the onsite installation and post-event breakdown, we’re there from beginning to end. On your wedding/event day our team will ensure your day is executed to perfection.

2. Designing

We will collaborate with you to conceptualize a design that is uniquely yours. We will explore all the elements from color palettes to the decor, to the papery and your menu, styling down to the tiniest details. The process of designing the wedding/event will be as follows:

Presenting the concept of the wedding/event on moodboards, 1st a premood board to discuss the general ambiance and then the actual moodboard in details to proceed.
Presenting the wedding/event in 3 dimensional drawings as well as the live demonstrarion of table decorations.
1. Planning

Fadi Fattouh Events services for the planning of the wedding/event consists of the following: Organizing and coordinating the wedding/event, creating mood boards and themes, designing the wedding/event with visual effects, finalizing the details of the decoration, light & sound system and all technical equipment, video & photography, entertainment & shows (Dancers, artists and performers),invitations cards, table cards, live demonstrations, degustation and every single detail that is related to your wedding/event.
